Wake Up Without The Stiff Neck
Most mornings start the same way. You turn your head to check the time, and your neck catches.
You've tried stacking two pillows, folding one in half, rolling up a towel.

You've tried a contour pillow before and it was the wrong height, so you woke up sore anyway.
Cervalign is built to fix that: the layers come out, so you set the height to your neck instead of the other way around.
Finally, A Pillow That Adjusts To You — Not The Other Way Around
✓ Wake up without the morning ache
A raised cervical rod sits under your neck and holds it in line all night. No more turning your head slowly and hoping.

✓ Two sides: one soft, one firm
Flip the pillow and the feel changes. Firm side for real support, soft side for nights you want to sink in a little.

✓ Stop reshaping pillows at 2 am
The shape stays put whether you're on your back or your side. Roll over and it still supports your neck the same way.

✓ Zip off the cover and wash it
The cover comes off and goes in the machine. No damp, dusty pillow you can't clean.

Frequently asked questions
How long until my neck stops hurting in the morning?
Most people need a few nights to adjust while their neck settles into the new position. Give it a full week before you decide, and try one layer setting at a time.
Will my head sink too far into the foam?
No. The lower zone is softer for your head, but the rod under your neck stays firm and holds its shape. That's what keeps your spine in line.
Does it get hot at night?
Memory foam holds some warmth, but the zip-off cover breathes. If you sleep hot, pull the cover off and wash it often to keep it fresh.
Can I use this in a standard pillowcase?
Yes, a standard case fits over the pillow. Just know the contour shape will still show through — that's normal and it doesn't affect support.
How to use
- Step 1: Take out both removable layers and lie down on your back. Notice whether your chin tips up or down.
- Step 2: Add one layer back in if your head sits too low. Leave it out if your chin tucks toward your chest.
- Step 3: Rest your neck in the raised rod section, with your head in the dip behind it. This is the part that does the work.
- Step 4: Sleep on it for 5 to 7 nights before changing anything. Your neck needs a few nights to adjust.

Every product page has a fit finder next to the size selector — three questions, one recommendation, a few seconds. These charts are for anyone who would rather read the numbers.
How to measure
- Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
- Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.
Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut
- Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
- Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
- Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
- Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
- Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.
Still not sure?
Write to info@halstead.com with your usual size, your height and the piece you're looking at. We'll tell you what we would pick — usually within a few hours. We would far rather get it right the first time than process a return.
We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather.
Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
Coats: dry clean once or twice a season, stored on a broad wooden hanger.
Leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition twice a year, never dry near heat.
