Card payments only, processed on Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Is it secure?

Checkout runs over TLS encryption on Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the same standard the card networks require of banks. Your card number is tokenised at entry and never reaches our servers.

When you are charged

Your card is authorised when you place the order and charged when the order is accepted. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we cancel and refund that line in full before the parcel ships.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). There are no hidden handling fees at checkout — the total you see is the total you pay.

Card declined?

Nine times out of ten it's the billing address not matching the one your bank holds. Check that first, then try again. If it still fails, write to info@halstead.com and we'll help.

Buyer protection

Paying by card gives you your card issuer's chargeback protection on every order. On top of that you have our own 90-day return guarantee and a free replacement on anything that arrives faulty.
