- Where your order is. Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves Chesapeake.
- Changing or cancelling an order. Possible any time before it ships — write to us as soon as you can.
- Returns and exchanges. 90 days from delivery. We'll send you a printable return label.
- Something arrived wrong or faulty. Send a photo and we'll sort it at our cost.
