What we collect
- When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the items you bought. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
- When you browse: device and browser information, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- When you subscribe: your email address, and nothing else.
Why we use it
- To process, pack and ship your order, and to handle returns
- To answer your emails
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To send you email updates, if — and only if — you asked for them
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it
Who we share it with
Only the parties who need it to get your order to you: Shopify (our store and checkout platform), our payment processor, and the carrier delivering your parcel. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Anything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
- Ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Manage cookies through your browser settings.

Security
This site runs over TLS encryption throughout. Checkout is handled on Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
