These terms govern your use of halstead.com and any order you place with us. By using this site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by, Aligno Limited Compaynumber 79724392 RM 701, UNIT 127, 7/F, TWR B NEW MANDARIN PLAZA 14 SCIENCE MUSEUM RD TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HALSTEAD.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own and valid.

3. Products, prices and availability

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and a small difference between the photograph and the garment is possible. All prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation. Until then you may change or cancel your order by emailing info@halstead.com.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Shop Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we do not store your card details. See our Payment Options page.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Processing takes 2–4 business days and transit a further 3–4 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Delivery.

7. Returns

You may return unworn items in their original condition within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost except where the fault is ours. Full detail is on our Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, text, design, and the HALSTEAD name and marks — is our property and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with its security features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HALSTEAD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
