Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm ET begin processing the next business day.

Why we take 2–4 days to process

Every order is checked by hand before it is packed — seams, buttons, colour match against the sample, and the size on the label against the size on the order. It costs us a few days. It saves you a return.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email the moment you order, and a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our Virginia warehouse. If the tracking hasn't moved for more than three business days, write to info@halstead.com and we'll chase it for you.

Split deliveries

If one item in your order is held up, we send the rest first and the remainder after, at no extra cost to you.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, email us straight away. We can change it any time before the parcel ships.
