Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 states. No minimum, no threshold to chase.
Checked by hand
Seams, buttons, colour and size are checked against the sample before your parcel is taped shut. That's why processing takes 2–4 days.
A person answers
Emails to info@halstead.com are read by our team and usually answered within a few hours on business days.
Faulty is on us
If something arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the return shipping.
Free first exchange
If the size isn't right, your first exchange on any order costs you nothing — we send a prepaid label and hold the new size for you while the old one is in transit.
Sizing help before you buy
Every product page has a fit finder next to the size selector. If you'd rather ask a person, email us your usual size and height and we'll tell you what we'd pick. We would much rather get it right the first time.
Secure payment
Checkout runs on Shopify Payments, PCI DSS Level 1 certified, over TLS encryption. Your card details never reach our servers, and paying by card gives you your issuer's chargeback protection on top of everything above.
