Does the fleece lining make it too warm indoors?
It's a knit top, not a coat. The lining keeps heat in when you're outside, but it breathes enough to stay on at your desk or around the house.
Can I wear it under a jacket?
Yes. The knit is slim through the body and sleeves, so it layers under a coat or blazer without bunching at the arms.
Does the collar stay up on its own, or does it flop?
It holds its shape when folded down. If you'd rather have a lower neckline, tuck the collar inward and it stays tucked.
Will it lose its softness after washing?
Wash cold and hang dry and the brushed interior keeps its feel. Heat from a dryer is what flattens fleece, so skip it.

How to measure
- Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
- Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.
Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut
- Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
- Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
- Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
- Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
- Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.

We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather.
Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
Coats: dry clean once or twice a season, stored on a broad wooden hanger.
Leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition twice a year, never dry near heat.
