One Knit Set, Zero Morning Decisions
Some mornings you just want to look finished before the coffee is.
This soft ribbed set does that in one move: high-neck top, wide-leg pants, made to go together.
A diagonal hem crosses at the side, closed with two large vintage-style buttons.

It lifts your waistline, so the set skims your shape instead of hiding it.
Warm, easy, and quietly polished all day.
Fits Bust 34 to 49 Inches Across the Size Run — Waist 27 to 42
✓ Dressed in one decision, not five
Top and pants are made as one set, so there's nothing to match. Pull them on and you're done.

✓ A waist that stays defined
The diagonal button hem draws a line at your side instead of letting the knit fall flat. Your shape reads soft, not shapeless.

✓ Soft, warm ribbed knit all day
The high neck keeps the chill off your shoulders. Nothing scratches, nothing digs in — it just sits comfortably from breakfast to evening.

✓ Two pieces you'll wear separately too
Wear the top with your own jeans. Wear the pants with a blouse. One purchase, several outfits.

Frequently asked questions
Can I wear the top and pants separately?
Yes. The high-neck top works with jeans or a straight skirt, and the wide-leg pants pair easily with a blouse or a blazer. Most people end up wearing them apart as often as together.
Do the buttons on the hem actually open?
They're a fixed design detail on the overlap, not a working closure. You pull the top on over your head.
Will the pants drag on the floor if I'm shorter?
The wide leg is cut long for a clean drape. If you're under 5'4", a low heel or a small hem adjustment keeps them off the ground.
Is the neck tight around the throat?
No. It's a soft high neck that sits against the skin rather than gripping it, so it stays comfortable through a full day.

Every product page has a fit finder next to the size selector — three questions, one recommendation, a few seconds. These charts are for anyone who would rather read the numbers.
How to measure
- Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
- Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.
Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut
- Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
- Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
- Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
- Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
- Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.
Still not sure?
Write to info@halstead.com with your usual size, your height and the piece you're looking at. We'll tell you what we would pick — usually within a few hours. We would far rather get it right the first time than process a return.
We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather.
Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
Coats: dry clean once or twice a season, stored on a broad wooden hanger.
Leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition twice a year, never dry near heat.
