Frequently asked questions
Does the collar zip all the way up to the chin?
Yes. The zipper runs the full length of the stand-up collar. You can zip it high for wind or leave it open for a softer look.
Can I wear this indoors without overheating?
Most people do. The fleece is warm but light, so it works as an office layer or a house jacket. The full zip lets you open it up when you warm up.
Does the fleece pill after a few washes?
Wash it cold and hang dry and it holds up well. Skip the dryer and fabric softener — both break down fleece fibers faster.
Are there pockets?
This jacket does not have pockets. It's cut as a clean layering piece, so the front stays smooth under a vest or coat.

How to measure
- Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
- Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.
Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut
- Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
- Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
- Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
- Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
- Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.

We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather.
Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
Coats: dry clean once or twice a season, stored on a broad wooden hanger.
Leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition twice a year, never dry near heat.
