Is the tie belt attached to the dress, or separate?
It's a separate tie belt that comes in the box with the dress. You can wrap it high or low, or leave it off completely for a looser look.
Can I wear this in cooler weather?
Yes. The knit has real weight to it, so it works on its own in fall and early spring. A fitted blazer or long coat layers over it cleanly without bunching.
Does the wrap front stay closed when I move?
The wrap is sewn closed at the crossover point, so it won't fall open while you walk or sit. The tie belt adds a second layer of hold at the waist.
Will it wrinkle in the package?
Knit fabric travels well and most creases drop out within a few hours on a hanger. A quick steam smooths it fully if you're wearing it right away.

How to measure
- Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
- Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.
Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut
- Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
- Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
- Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
- Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
- Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.

We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather.
Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
Coats: dry clean once or twice a season, stored on a broad wooden hanger.
Leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition twice a year, never dry near heat.
