How long does one mosaic take to finish?
Most people finish in one relaxed sitting. Take your time — there's no glue rush, and you can step away and come back.
Do I need to glue the pieces down?
Yes, the glass is set onto the wooden board. Work in small sections so you can adjust pieces before they set.
Can I do this with my kids or grandkids?
It works well as a shared project for older children. The glass pieces are small, so keep them away from little ones who still put them in their mouths.
Does it come ready to hang?
No hanging hardware is included. The board is made to stand or lie flat on a shelf, windowsill or side table.
How to use
- Step 1: Lay out the wooden board and sort your sea glass by color. This takes about 1–2 minutes and makes the rest much easier.
- Step 2: Place the clear pattern so you can see exactly where each color belongs.
- Step 3: Set the pieces one by one, using the tweezers for tight corners. Adjust as you go.
- Step 4: Let it sit undisturbed until fully set, then stand it on a shelf or windowsill.

How to measure
- Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
- Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.
Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut
- Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
- Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
- Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
- Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
- Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.

We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather.
Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
Coats: dry clean once or twice a season, stored on a broad wooden hanger.
Leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition twice a year, never dry near heat.
