Frequently asked questions
Can I wear these with socks or tights?
Yes. Thin socks and tights both work well, and the adjustable strap gives you room to loosen it a notch if needed. Thick wool socks will feel snug.
Will the buckle strap rub my foot?
The strap sits across the top of the foot, away from the ankle bone where most rubbing happens. Set it so it holds without pressing, and it stays quiet all day.
How do I clean the suede-look upper?
Wipe them with a dry, soft cloth or a soft brush to lift dust. For a mark, use a barely damp cloth and let them air dry away from heat.
Are they okay for rain?
They're best kept for dry days. The rubber sole handles damp sidewalks fine, but the PU upper will water-spot in real rain.

How to measure
- Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
- Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.
Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut
- Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
- Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
- Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
- Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
- Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.

Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
