Clear Your Counter Without Losing Anything

Your counter is covered again.

Six bottles, a hairbrush, cotton pads you have to dig for — and water pooling under all of it.

Drynest lifts the whole mess onto your wall, and the small stuff goes into sealed sliding drawers that shower steam can't get into.

Two tiers. Everything in reach, nothing in the way.

Carbon steel frame with an electroplated finish, so it won't rust at the joints like the last shelf you threw out.

Built To Stay Rust-Free In A Wet Room

✓ Get your whole counter back
Bottles, brushes, and jars move up to the wall. Wipe the counter in one pass — nothing to lift, nothing to put back.

✓ Stop digging for the small stuff
Two sealed sliding drawers hold cotton pads, hair ties, and Q-tips. Pull one open, grab what you need, push it shut.

✓ Steam stays out of the drawers
Most bathroom shelves leave everything open to the shower. These drawers close, so damp air never settles on what's inside.

✓ No rust streaks down your wall
The electroplated carbon steel frame is built for a wet room. No orange bleeding at the welds after a few months.

✓ Two tiers, one small footprint
Tall bottles stand on one level, small items tuck into the drawers below. You get double the storage without a bigger shelf.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I mount it?
Drynest is made for smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces — tile, glass, sealed stone, or finished drywall. Clean and dry the spot first so the bracket seats properly.

Can I take it down later without ruining the wall?
Yes. Work it loose slowly rather than yanking it. Go gently on painted drywall, since paint is always the softest surface involved.

Do the drawers come out for cleaning?
They slide fully out. Rinse them, dry them, and slide them back — that's the whole job.

Does it need to go in the shower?
No. Plenty of people mount it beside the sink or over the toilet. It handles humidity either way.

How to use

  • Step 1: Pick a smooth, flat spot and wipe it clean. Let it dry completely — 1–2 minutes is enough.
  • Step 2: Press the bracket firmly into place and hold for 30 seconds. Don't rush this part.
  • Step 3: Wait 24 hours before loading anything on. This lets the bond set at full strength.
  • Step 4: Put tall bottles on the open tier and small items in the sealed drawers.

Use the fit finder next to the size selector for a recommendation in a few seconds, or see the full measurement charts below.

Every product page has a fit finder next to the size selector — three questions, one recommendation, a few seconds. These charts are for anyone who would rather read the numbers.

How to measure

  • Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
  • Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
  • Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
  • Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.

Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut

  • Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
  • Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
  • Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
  • Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
  • Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.

Still not sure?

Write to info@halstead.com with your usual size, your height and the piece you're looking at. We'll tell you what we would pick — usually within a few hours. We would far rather get it right the first time than process a return.

We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather.

Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
Coats: dry clean once or twice a season, stored on a broad wooden hanger.
Leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition twice a year, never dry near heat.

Full guidance is on our Materials & Care page.

Before you order

How is this cut — will it fit if I am between sizes?

Use Find my size next to the size buttons: three questions about your height, build and how you like things to sit, and it gives you a size you can add to the bag from the same window.

As a rule, knitwear is relaxed and softens with wear, so the smaller size is usually right. Outerwear is cut with room for a knit underneath. Dresses and tailoring sit closer, and there we suggest the larger of the two. The measurements for this exact piece are in the Size & fit tab above.

What is it actually made of?

The fibre composition for this piece is listed in the description and on the label inside the garment. We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather — and where a synthetic is blended in for stretch or structure, it is named rather than hidden behind a phrase like premium fabric.

How do I wash it without ruining it?

Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no fabric softener, dried flat and stored folded rather than on a hanger. Tailoring and structured coats go to a dry cleaner once or twice a season. Leather is wiped with a damp cloth and conditioned twice a year, never dried near a radiator.

The Materials & care tab above has the instructions for this piece specifically.

Is the colour true to the photographs?

The photographs are shot in daylight and retouched only for dust and creases, never for colour. That said, screens differ, and a deep navy or an olive can read warmer or cooler than it is on your particular monitor or phone.

If the exact shade matters, email info@halstead.com and we will describe it against something you already own — and if it still is not what you pictured, you have 90 days.

When will it arrive?

Two to four business days to pick, check and pack, then three to four business days in transit — five to eight business days in total, and shipping is free. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves the warehouse.

What if it is not right when it arrives?

You have 90 days from delivery, as long as the piece is unworn with the tags on. Email us with your order number and we send a printable return label the same business day.

Return postage is deducted from your refund — unless the piece arrived faulty or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it in full.

Will my size come back if it sells out?

Not always. Collections are cut in limited runs for a season, so a sold-out colour or size may not return; some core pieces are made again the following year in a new palette. If you are waiting on a particular one, email us and we will tell you honestly whether it is coming back.

Do I save anything by ordering more than one piece?

Yes, and it applies on its own — there is no code to enter. Two pieces take 10% off, three take 15%, and four or more take 20%. The bag shows you how close you are as you add things.

Anything else, write to info@halstead.com — a person reads it, usually the same business day. We would far rather answer a question before you order than process a return afterwards.
