Frequently asked questions
Can I wear this with flats and still have the right length?
Yes. The length runs from 46.9 to 50 inches depending on size, so it's cut for an ankle-skimming look. If you're on the shorter side, flats keep it off the floor.
Will the pockets hold a phone without sagging?
They're sewn into the side seams and sized for a phone. Because they sit in the seam, the weight falls straight down instead of pulling the fabric sideways.
Does it need ironing after it arrives folded?
Usually not. Polyester releases folds quickly — hang it up for an hour or give it a shake and it settles on its own.
Is it dressy enough for a lunch or a casual event?
Yes. The long, clean line reads polished on its own. Add a necklace or a light jacket and it works for most casual gatherings.

How to measure
- Bust / chest. Around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips. Around the fullest part, roughly 8 in below the waist.
- Inseam. From the crotch seam to the floor, in the shoes you'll wear the trousers with.
Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear, not over clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

How our pieces are cut
- Dresses are cut true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — most of our dresses have ease through the waist.
- Coats and jackets are cut with room for a knit underneath. Take your usual size; size up only if you layer heavily.
- Knitwear is relaxed by design. Between sizes, take the smaller one unless you want an oversized look.
- Trousers and jeans run true to size. Between sizes, take the larger one.
- Shoes run true to size. If you have a wide foot, take half a size up.

We work in natural fibres — wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and full-grain leather.
Knitwear: cold hand wash or a wool cycle at 30 °C, no softener, dried flat and stored folded.
Coats: dry clean once or twice a season, stored on a broad wooden hanger.
Leather: wipe with a damp cloth, condition twice a year, never dry near heat.
